JOB OVERVIEW
Net Health is a leading healthcare software company trusted by 25,000+ healthcare organizations, including nearly all major hospital systems. Backed by The Carlyle Group, Level Equity, and Silversmith Capital, we deliver specialized SaaS solutions that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across rehab therapy, wound care, post-acute, and occupational health settings.
Limber, a Net Health company, is transforming rehab therapy with digital engagement and value-based care solutions. Our platform enables Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Home Exercise Programs (HEP), and Outcomes/MIPS reporting—extending care beyond the clinic, improving patient adherence, and creating new revenue opportunities for therapy providers. Combined with FOTO Analytics' 85M+ patient outcomes dataset, Limber serves ~8,000 clinics and represents one of the largest rehab outcomes data engines in the industry.
We're building a new EMR channel partner program to accelerate growth through strategic referral partnerships with leading rehab therapy EMR platforms. As our first EMR Channel Partner Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of these high-value partnerships—driving pipeline generation, co-marketing success, and partner enablement at scale.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll build the playbook from the ground up, working directly with partners like Raintree, Prompt Health, Stride EMR, and WebPT to unlock revenue growth through structured referral programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMR channel partners, building deep relationships with their Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and leadership teams
- Conduct regular touchpoints with partner AEs and CSMs to drive engagement, alignment, and Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) generation
- Create and maintain comprehensive partner people maps to ensure visibility across partner organizations
- Own all feedback loops with individual partner reps—celebrating wins, troubleshooting stalled deals, managing gifting and recognition programs
- Pipeline & Revenue Accountability
- Drive SQO generation (/$) from EMR channel partners in alignment with budget targets
- Deliver regular reporting on channel performance, including pipeline health, conversion metrics, risks, and opportunities
- Execute incentive competitions (SPIFFs, contests) at partner organizations to accelerate SQO volume and quality
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize SQO-to-close conversion and refine channel strategy
- Enablement & Training
- Onboard, train, and enable new Account Executives and CSMs at EMR channel partners on Limber's RTM, HEP, and Outcomes/MIPS solutions
- Develop and maintain enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive intel, demo resources) tailored to partner audiences
- Ensure partners understand our value proposition, buyer personas, and deal qualification criteria
- Co-Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives per contractual terms—including quarterly email campaigns, webinars, customer communications, and thought leadership content
- Optimize EMR conference attendance and sponsorship strategies to maximize partner visibility and pipeline impact
- Coordinate event logistics, follow-up campaigns, and lead nurturing to convert event engagement into qualified opportunities
- Strategic Expansion
- Identify and help secure new PT-specific EMR partnerships, primarily in the outpatient private practice space
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform partnership strategy and prioritization
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in channel/partner management, sales development, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and drive results through influence (not direct authority)
- Strong pipeline and metrics orientation—comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and execute against contractual commitments
- Exceptional communication skills—you can build rapport with partner reps, inspire action, and translate feedback into actionable insights
- Self-starter mentality with a builder's mindset, this is a new role, and you'll be creating processes and playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (conferences, partner QBRs, on-site enablement sessions)
- Preferred Experience in healthcare SaaS, particularly rehab therapy, physical therapy, or adjacent clinical markets Familiarity with referral or reseller partnership models and revenue-sharing agreements Background in enablement, training, or sales operations supporting indirect sales channels
- Understanding of value-based care, remote patient monitoring, or outcomes reporting in healthcare
