JOB OVERVIEW
This strategic leadership role over Product Management will define the product vision and drive the development of a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with market demands, patient needs, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing clinical challenges and delivering significant value to users and stakeholders across the complex healthcare landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and the regulatory environment, as well as strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Will lead our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vision and Roadmap Ownership:
- Define and evolve the product vision based on market trends and user feedback. Develop a prioritized roadmap that aligns features with business objectives and user needs, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Customer Insights:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals. Use these insights to translate user needs into intuitive and effective product features.
- Agile Leadership:
- Champion Agile methodologies within the team. Collaborate with Product Owners and designers to prioritize work effectively, fostering strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Team Development:
- Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive environment that encourages talent development.
- Technical Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams, translating requirements into technical specifications, resolving blockers, and managing development cycles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize user data and analytics to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities. Anticipate risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Deliver clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding product roadmaps, status, and achievements.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities and innovative solutions that enhance business value.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business, or Healthcare Administration. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience:

- 6+ years of experience as a software product owner and/or product manager, ideally within the healthcare or SaaS sectors.
- At least 2 years in a leadership position managing direct reports.
- Strong technical background with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and evolving software products, demonstrating expertise in project leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional team management.
- Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to convey product vision and strategy clearly to all stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic settings.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience with EHR systems and relevant healthcare technologies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs and regulations within the healthcare domain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
