We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior iOS Software Engineer to join our team at Mixbook Moldova, where you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the world of creativity and human connection.
As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers and product owners to design, implement, and deploy innovative mobile solutions that scale with our growing business and technical needs. You’ll contribute to system design, architecture, and code reviews while helping shape technical decisions across the iOS platform. Your expertise in building high-quality mobile experiences and scalable applications will be highly valued.

We are seeking candidates based in Moldova, where a hybrid work model is available at our office in central Chișinău.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that support our growing technical needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while contributing to application architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Spend the majority of your time building and improving our iOS applications while helping shape technical decisions across the platform.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic team environment, including with design, product, and operations.
- Actively participate in team development initiatives, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of native iOS mobile app development experience
- Experience with Swift and SwiftUI is preferred
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store
- Experience with testing methodologies, including unit, UI, snapshot, and performance testing
- Familiarity with Composable Architecture is a strong plus
- Experience with backend technologies and APIs is a strong plus
- Familiarity with developing and optimizing applications for iPad is a strong plus
- Commitment to writing high-quality, well-structured code
- Desire to work in a collaborative, people-first environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and practices
- Intermediate English speaking skills, level B2 or greater`
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related college degree
