As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our success, owning our core data, reports, and analyses that guide Executive-level decisions across the business with a focus on Operations.
We’re seeking a talented, experienced senior analyst with a unique blend of critical thinking, programming prowess, and communication skills. What You'll Do
- Drive Business Performance: Own the suite of executive-level reports and dashboards that monitor our company's pulse. Develop root cause analyses to uncover emerging trends and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Unleash the Power of Data: Develop statistical models and analyses to tackle critical business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Champion Data Governance: Be the authority on our business metrics, ensuring quality and accuracy. Establish and maintain a robust framework for governing our data assets.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Mixbook's leaders to drive data-informed decisions across our supply chain and operations. Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new analytic techniques and tools to continuously elevate our data capabilities.
What You'll Need
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (eg, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics). 4+ years of proven experience in Business Analytics, ideally with a background in Consumer or eCommerce analytics.
- Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in SQL and a visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Bonus points for Python, dbt, or Looker experience.Expert problem solving skills.
- Leadership & Influence: A track record of influencing senior leaders with data-backed recommendations that drive strategic direction.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, comfortable implementing new analytic techniques and driving adoption across teams.

Additional Notes
- This is a fully remote position in the US or Canada.
- Occasional early morning meetings (as early as 7am PST) are required to collaborate with our engineering team in Eastern Europe
