What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the COO and be responsible for managing all aspects of the partnership between Leonardo247 and our largest customer in the multifamily housing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our largest customer in the multifamily industry, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for this customer, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing partnership and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings with our client to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support
  • Advocate on behalf of the client and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities to support this client through all aspects of the partnership including product enhancements, customer support, and analytics
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive client success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of account strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account performance and market insights
  • Participate in industry conferences and events where this customer has a strong presence

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of the multifamily housing industry and its unique challenges.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the multifamily industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients as a trusted advisor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proven ability to expand opportunity and optimize revenue
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and in high-pressure situations
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings and customer events
