About The Role

Invisible’s Marketplace has thousands of active experts that provide human-in-the-loop services that help our clients create better, faster, cheaper outcomes for their businesses. Invisible’s Operations Team is responsible for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, matching and ultimately helping our experts do their best work. As the Director of Product for Operations Tools in the Marketplace, you will develop the product vision and strategy for the Operations Manager user persona. You will put data dashboards at the fingertips of our Operations Managers, empowering them to make prescient data-driven decisions. You will help them evaluate expert skill and experience levels and allow them to make informed decisions on hiring and retention. You will help them build out charts that help our clients understand the ROI from their investments with Invisible and strengthen their relationship with us.

What You’ll Do

  • User research: Your primary user persona is the Operations Manager that is responsible for hiring and retaining the best experts. You will study their user journey and their pain-points, and help identify the sharpest pain points that need to be addressed.
  • Product vision and strategy: You will combine the voice of the user, quantitative analysis and market research to develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for the Operations Manager experience on the Marketplace.
  • Execute: Once a roadmap is clearly defined, you will relentlessly execute against it. You will hold yourself accountable to the OKRs set against your roadmap, prioritize and make trade-offs, celebrate wins, share back learnings and overall, over-communicate each step of the way to keep the team well-informed of the direction.
  • Team building: You will hire and retain the best talent for your team, and continuously raise the bar for Invisible.

What We Need

  • You will have 7-8 years of product management experience in technology companies, including 2-3 years of managing PMs.
  • You have a proven track record in building cutting edge internal tools for marketplace products.
  • You thrive in driving alignment and collaboration across large internal stakeholder groups.
  • You want to be a part of a visionary team where your expertise will lead groundbreaking innovations in AI and frontier technologies, driving the future of intelligent solutions. Cross-team collaboration is a key strength and you lean into bringing an entire organization along with your vision and strategy.
  • You enjoy diving deep and are data-driven.
  • You are deeply strategic and spend as much time identifying the right problem to solve as in the solution itself. You have exceptional analytical skills and outstanding communication skills.
