The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in outbound lead generation. This role is pivotal to our sales strategy, focusing on creating and nurturing leads to fuel our pipeline and drive our expansion. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting up and managing lead sequences on platforms like ZoomInfo, tracking progress in Salesforce, and consistently achieving daily and weekly sales targets. With a proven track record of qualifying Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and a deep understanding of our tech platform's value proposition, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in reaching enterprise-level prospects, including Fortune 100 companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for dials, emails, meetings booked, and conversations held on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Qualify SQLs effectively, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Invisible's value proposition and how it addresses the specific needs of prospects.
  • Independently manage time and tasks, operating with minimal oversight while adhering to deadlines and sales goals.
  • Directly manage the full cycle of outbound prospecting, including identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads to build a strong pipeline.
  • Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo for targeted list building, aligning with ideal customer profiles.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media, tailoring messages to address specific needs.
  • Set up and optimize outreach sequences to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Book meetings with qualified leads, ensuring seamless coordination between prospects and sales teams.
  • Track and report all prospecting activities and outcomes in Salesforce with precision.
  • Analyze performance against targets, refining strategies to improve sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation strategies and incorporate feedback from prospect interactions.
  • Develop and execute innovative outbound lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential enterprise clients.
  • Set up and manage lead nurturing sequences on ZoomInfo and similar platforms to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Diligently track and report activities and progress in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and up-to-date insights into the sales pipeline.


  • 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or a similar sales development role, preferably within a tech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully qualifying SQLs.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level prospects, with a preference for those who have engaged with Fortune 100 companies.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation and management tools such as ZoomInfo, with strong skills in setting up and managing sequences.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
  • Base: $75,000
  • Performance Bonus: $15,000
  • OTE: $90,000
  • Flexible Work Schedule / Unlimited Vacation Days
