Role:
Invisible is scaling quickly and we need your help. Product Operations Managers sit on our Professional Services team and live at the intersection of Engineering, Product and Operations. In this role you’ll be responsible for understanding clients needs to configure and build processes on Workplace, our business process management platform. Our clients are household names and the processes we run for them allow them to build the next generation of applications, services and AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with Clients as well as internal teams to ensure that Processes are designed efficiently and effectively. This will require you to develop a deep understanding of our platform and our client’s needs to ensure that processes make use of our platform’s capabilities and fully solve our client’s needs.
- Project Management - Develop and manage detailed project schedules to deliver technical and consulting services, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Team Leadership - Lead a team of analysts to carry out implementations that meet project deadlines and minimize risks.
- Technical Liaison - Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a technical or software development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with external customers or clients, preferably enterprise customers.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management and/or agile tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Exceptional candidates will have technical experience working as a Software Engineer or Product Manager
Working Schedule
You’ll be working with clients who are primarily located in EST and PST. Because of this we are targeting individuals located between these timezones or who are willing to be available for client calls during these times.

- Compensation Breakdown
- Base: $110,000
- Base + Bonus Target : $145,000
- Eligible to receive company equity grant
