● Conduct 100 cold calls daily to potential clients, utilizing provided lead lists.
● Effectively communicate Everest's value proposition to spark interest and generate leads.
● Schedule appointments or demos between potential clients and the sales team.
● Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and client information, in our CRM system.
● Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for leads and appointments set.
● Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
● Participate in regular training and team meetings to align strategies and improve techniques.
● Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
● Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in managing lead lists.
● Strong organisational skills to handle high call volumes and maintain accurate records.
● Resilient and motivated, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
● A team player, yet able to work independently towards personal and team goals.
● High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
