Job Description:

Inbenta is a global leader in AI-powered customer interactions. We are searching for a Channel Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with our key partners and distributors. This role is critical in driving sales through indirect channels, ensuring that our partners have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The Channel Manager will work closely with internal teams to align our products, services, and solutions with partner needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to maximize their potential and performance.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Create and implement channel strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and drive business growth.
• Sales Support:
  • Provide partners with the necessary training, marketing materials, and product information to effectively sell and promote our offerings.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze the performance of partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the channel landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that there is a consistent message across all channels.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel activities, performance metrics, and business impact to senior management.
• Contract Management:
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of partner agreements and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the customer experience sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of contact center and AI is preferred.
