We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager, EMEA to help scale our partner-driven revenue across the region. This is a senior individual contributor role with real commercial weight: you’ll directly influence how our EMEA channel strategy performs in its next growth phase.

Your Mission

You’ll be at the heart of strengthening Hoxhunt’s EMEA partner ecosystem. Your mission is to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across your EMEA region by scaling and deepening our strategic channel partnerships.

This role is focused primarily on deepening and expanding existing partner relationships to unlock sustained commercial growth, not on high-volume partner recruitment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key channel partners within your assigned territory, driving meaningful partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

  • Translate ambitious regional revenue targets into clear joint business plans and execution priorities

  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to key partners, leading QBRs and joint business planning

  • Position Hoxhunt’s human risk management approach as a strategic growth driver within partner accounts

  • Proactively drive joint pipeline generation and accelerate high-value opportunities

  • Maintain strong governance around forecasting, deal registration, and CRM hygiene

  • Provide clear visibility into partner performance and revenue outlook

  • Partner closely with Account Executives on territory strategy and complex partner-led deals

  • Drive alignment across Sales and Partner Success to ensure seamless partner execution

  • Represent Hoxhunt in strategic partner engagements and regional industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, account management, or channel/alliance role within SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong experience driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth

  • Experience managing and growing partners across their lifecycle — from enablement to performance accountability

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and build structure in a fast-scaling environment

  • Fluent English (additional EMEA languages such as German, French, or Swedish are a plus)

Sales and commercial capability are non-negotiable. Industry-specific cybersecurity expertise is not.

Nice to Have

  • Established partner network and strong understanding of the EMEA channel landscape

  • Experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales environments

Location and Compensation

This role is based in Helsinki with a flexible hybrid model.

Compensation: €5,000–6,000 base salary (depending on experience) + variable component tied to performance.

Recruitment Process

  1. Call with Talent Acquisition (30 min, remote)

  2. Meeting with Director, Channel Sales (45 min, remote)

  3. Executive Interview with CRO (30 min, remote)

  4. Panel Interview (60 min, at our Helsinki office)
