The What

As our Talent & Operations Partner, you’ll wear multiple hats across recruiting, onboarding, and office operations to ensure our employee experience is seamless from start to finish. You’ll play a hands-on role in hiring top talent, supporting new hires, and keeping our U.S. team running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to grow their Recruiting and People Ops career within a global organization.

The How

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage and own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, from sourcing and screening to scheduling, coordinating interviews, and offer support.
  • Work closely with our global TA team to fill roles and enhance recruiting processes together.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role needs, provide market insights, and proactively drive hiring strategies that deliver top talent and a great candidate experience.
  • Own proactive sourcing efforts to attract diverse, high-caliber talent through creative outreach and talent pipeline development.
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience, hiring speed, and overall quality of hire as we scale.
  • Maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate data and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate job postings and help build our employer brand presence.
  • Support global hiring metrics, sourcing initiatives, and process improvements across the recruiting lifecycle.

Onboarding Support:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the People team and leaders to create an onboarding experience that’s organized, personal, and impactful, making sure every new hire has what they need to hit the ground running and feel part of the team from day one.
  • Maintain HRIS records (HiBob, Sequoia, or similar) and ensure accuracy for employee data, documents, and reporting.
  • Support compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and people programs throughout the employee lifecycle.

Office Management & Culture:

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, mail, shipments, vendor coordination, and team logistics.
  • Support planning of team events, off-sites, and celebrations that strengthen our culture.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and functional workspace that reflects our company culture.

The Who

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or tech environment.
  • Proactive, people-first mindset who brings positive energy and initiative to every task
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working independently and cross-functionally in a distributed global team.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HiBob, Sequoia) and ATS tools (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever)

This full-time is based in our Minneapolis office, offering a salary range of $70,000-$85,000.

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage (with a portion of premiums covered by the company), life insurance, paid holidays and PTO, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) match.
