The What
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in the United States. This is a great time to join the team: you will be part of an early Marketing team on the ground, working with an award-winning product in an industry that is more crucial than ever before.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll blend creativity, experimentation, and analytics to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. We’ll support you with the tools and frameworks you need to successfully grow our presence in the United States and you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact pipeline growth and brand momentum.
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns in the US market.
- Manage and optimize paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, ABM platforms) to drive pipeline growth and efficiency.
- Launch, track, and scale growth experiments tailored to the US market.
- Align closely with the US sales team to improve funnel conversion and lead quality.
- Track, report, and act on performance data with clarity, speed, and insight.
- Collaborate regularly with the team in our Minneapolis office to plan, ideate, and build momentum together.
The Who:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and pipeline generation.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and understanding lead funnel metrics and marketing attribution.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams such as Sales, Channel and Customer Success.
- A builder’s mindset ready to roll up your sleeves, iterate, and drive results.
- Based in Minneapolis, MN and energized by in-person teamwork and collaboration.
This full-time hybrid role is based out of our Minneapolis office, offering a salary range of $90,000-$110,000.
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage (with a portion of premiums covered by the company), life insurance, PTO and 11 holidays + 2 floating holidays, paid parental leave, and a 401K match.
