Customer Education Manager

As a Customer Education Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers succeed by ensuring they are effectively educated on how to use Hoxhunt’s platform and integrate it into their security strategies. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging educational content and programs that enhance our customers' experience, boost engagement, and foster a strong cybersecurity culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure that our customers have the knowledge and resources they need to maximize the value of Hoxhunt. You will report to our Chief Customer Officer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Educational Content: Create and maintain educational resources, such as webinars, tutorials, help center content, and best practice guides, tailored to different customer needs and learning styles.
  • Customer Training & Enablement: Lead interactive training sessions (e.g., webinars, live workshops, and on-demand content) to help customers fully understand and utilize Hoxhunt’s platform.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute an education strategy aligned with customer success goals, including the modernization and continuous improvement of our Knowledge Base and learning resources.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in content management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with customer success teams and understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • We value previous experience from the SaaS industry in startups or experience from the cyber security industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have, other languages are beneficial.

Our Process
Our recruitment process is:

  1. Interview with Customer Customer Education Manager (60min remote)
  2. Homework completion independently (90min)
  3. Task presentation and meeting future colleagues in Customer Success (60min remote or on-site)
  4. Reference checks
