The What

As a Hoxhunt Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives in both the US and EMEA regions. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to help prospective customers understand how Hoxhunt integrates seamlessly into their existing environment, addressing their unique cybersecurity challenges.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Technical Expertise. Utilize your deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and Hoxhunt's platform to provide technical guidance and expertise to both internal teams and prospective clients.

• Solution Design: Work closely with Account Executives to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their cybersecurity objectives and existing infrastructure.
  
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of Hoxhunt's platform, effectively highlighting its compatibility with diverse environments.
  
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to gather insights into their cybersecurity needs and concerns, and effectively communicate how Hoxhunt can address those needs and provide tangible value.
  
• Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and solution delivery.
  
• Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, and leverage this knowledge to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

This role is based out of Minneapolis.

The Who

We are looking for someone who:

• will be our customer’s technical contact, and craft strategic business cases to win customers over & help them conquer their human risk challenges
• In conjunction with Enterprise Account Executives, will be responsible for conducting in-person and remote product demos, articulating the technical value of Hoxhunt products
• is passionate about driving customer satisfaction
• is highly collaborative and possesses great communication & presentation skills

The How

Our recruitment process is as follows:

1. Call with Talent Acquisition (30min on the phone)
2. Hiring Manager interview (60min onsite or via Teams)
3. Executive intrerview (60min via Teams)
4. Executive interview (30min on Teams)
