In this role, you will be responsible of your own customer portfolio of SMB companies and have a key role as your customer’s trusted advisor. You will also have an important role in scaling the operations of an ambitious and internationally expanding growth company.
As Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll work in a team of skillful customer success professionals focusing on the Nordic & Benelux market areas. Your main task is to make sure that our customers are getting the most value out of our service. You’ll be part project manager, part coach, part educator and part consultant to be able to grow and retain your customer accounts. You’ll take ownership of your own customers, care for them and develop relationships that result in long lasting partnerships. You’ll work independently, but you’ll have the full support from your team lead, other Customer Success Managers and the entire Hoxhunt team.
The position is based in Finland and has a salary band of 3000 – 3300 € base salary, plus commission according to performance (80/20 split).

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Some experience from a customer-facing role, e.g. customer service or sales
  • Eagerness to explore sales and develop upselling & cross-selling abilities
  • Fluency in English and Finnish (spoken and written). Swedish, French or Dutch seen as a plus.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Good listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise your work and approach project timelines in a disciplinary manner. The customer always comes first and you naturally do all you can to exceed their expectations
  • Interest in technology and confidence in using different technologies in your work
  • A basic understanding of the SaaS model and business acumen
