Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Manager at headversity, you will help to define our product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure we are working on the right thing at the right time. Your thought leadership will unlock value for our customers, and ultimately your measure of success is the overall impact our software has on our users and on our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, and analysis of our customer and product experience

• Work with Sales and Customer Service to translate customer needs into product vision

• Work directly with end users, user proxies, and focus groups to inform product direction

• Wireframe concepts, detail requirements, and work as part of a Scrum team to deliver value

• Instrument, analyze, and understand user behavior to improve feature implementations

• Capture and analyze ongoing sentiment through just-in-time feedback

• Analyze and improve funnels by cohort and interaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years as a Product Manager

• 3+ years working as part of a Scrum team in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years building EdTech or learning and development product

• Technical knowledge to understand the tradeoffs of different strategies and feature implementations

• Data-driven mentality with experience in launching experiments and directing business/product decisions based on the results

• An outcome-oriented, collaborative approach
