The Role:

As a Revenue Operations/ CPQ Manager with at Fusion Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations processes. You will be responsible for optimizing and managing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes with the back office and sales teams to drive sales accountability and CRM hygiene. In addition, you will be responsible for data capture, reporting, and analysis within the Revenue Operations team, providing insights into the performance of the entire marketing and sales funnel.

The specific responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Work with individual reps (AEs/AMs) to provide accurate and timely reporting

  • Drive and maintain CRM hygiene

  • Identify areas for standardization and improvement in reporting

  • Provide insights from data and reporting

  • Translate deal proposals into CPQ-generated proposals in Salesforce (with Sales, Finance and Operations teams)

  • Configure, analyze, optimize, maintain CPQ (with Finance and Accounting teams) to ensure accurate and efficient quoting, pricing, and contract management

  • Be the CPQ champion - provide ongoing coaching, training and support to sales teams on CPQ processes, tools, and best practices

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CPQ and Revenue Operations to drive continuous process improvement\

  • Develop and implement sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and measure sales accountability

  • Create revenue and pipeline metric content each week for executive team and Board.

  • Hold revenue ownership over CRM hygiene to ensure that required fields are populated and accurate (working with sales and back-office teams when data is incomplete)

  • Identify areas of improvement in Revenue Operations and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales optimization.
