What You’ll Do:
Foxen is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team who will be responsible for configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud). As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the platform scales and supports the needs of the business to identify and implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce instance.
  • Manage basic administrative functions including license management, user access (setup, roles, profiles, permissions), page layouts, dashboards, fields, workflows, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and understand their needs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce features.
  • Oversee data imports, data cleanup, and data quality initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to continuously improve the platform.
  • Help to advance the dynamic culture Foxen is building to ensure the wellness of its team members and the fostering of a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator credential required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • 1-2+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) experience; focusing on Sales Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple systems.
  • Ability to design and build efficient workflows, processes, and scalable customizations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience.
