See open jobs at FormAssembly.See open jobs similar to "Marketing Operations Manager" Level Equity.Reporting to the Director, Growth and Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes, technology, and data that support the marketing team’s efforts. You will also be a major part of building operational excellence on the marketing team through technology, training and communication. This role focuses on ensuring that marketing campaigns run efficiently, data is accurately tracked, reports and dashboards are accurate and effective, and marketing tools are effectively utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, with a consistently keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Operational Management
- Manage and optimize the FormAssembly MarTech Stack, including the administration of Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, and Distribution Engine. Provide training and support to marketing team members on tool usage and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in the FormAssembly Marketo instance, including developing new programs and program templates, managing nurture programs, optimizing lead scoring methodologies and operational programs, and ensuring accurate data transfer from Marketo to SFDC.
- Manage end-to-end list import process, following best practices, ensuring accuracy, and quality.
- Stay current on the latest marketing technology trends and make recommendations for adoption of new tools and technology.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, campaign structure, and complex nurture streams. Ensure campaign success and velocity in each stage of the funnel.
- Identify marketing funnel improvement areas, and develop and implement process/engagement solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, recommend and implement changes to optimize results.
Reporting & Data Management
- Manage and optimize the marketing database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement internal cross-team processes to ensure data accuracy and to provide a scalable reporting framework within the team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholders, conducting continuous data analysis to improve core processes (lead qualification, source attribution, lead routing) and success towards business goals.
- Own data management and hygiene including segmentation, data enrichment, and personalization for use in campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ensure clear communication of priorities, projects/programs, and results to leadership and the larger team.
- Create and maintain organized documentation of marketing operations initiatives, processes, and deliverables.
- Manage Marketing Operations Roadmap.
