About the Role

Fivetran is seeking a passionate and experienced Revenue Enablement Manager, XDR to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel conversion and developing the next generation of sales talent at Fivetran. This is a full-time position based out of our Denver or Oakland offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for SDRs and BDRs, covering product knowledge, sales methodology, and competitor differentiation.
  • Develop, design, and deliver a comprehensive foundational Revenue onboarding program, supporting all new Revenue hires, RevExcellence, and Marketing hires.
  • Develop coaching and mentorship programs to support all Revenue new hires and accelerate their ramp time.
  • Create and maintain enablement content, including playbooks, sales collateral, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to identify key training needs and program objectives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs using data such as lead conversion rates, average deal size, and time-to-close.
  • Continuously improve outbound sales efforts through ongoing program development and data analysis.
  • Identify and implement new sales methodologies and tools to improve team performance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop a strong talent pipeline within the organization.

Skills We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of the sales development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
  • Data-driven approach to program development and measurement.
  • Passion for building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in the cloud data integration space a plus.
