About the Role

At Fivetran, we are expanding our UK Commercial Sales team and seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive with 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience to help us capitalise on the growing demand for data solutions. This is an opportunity to own and develop a high-potential territory, work alongside leading industry partners (Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, GCP), and sell a best-in-class product that is transforming the way businesses use data.

This is a full time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin office.
What You’ll Do
- Grow a high-potential UK Mid-Market territory, building strong relationships with data leaders.
- Drive new business: Manage full-cycle sales, from pipeline generation to close, with support from our BDR and marketing teams.
- Leverage top-tier partnerships: Collaborate with channel partners (Snowflake, dbt, AWS, SI partners) to drive larger, more strategic deals.
- Sell strategically: Use a consultative, solution-led approach to navigate complex sales cycles and align Fivetran’s value with customer needs.
- Exceed targets: Consistently build pipeline and hit/exceed quota in a high-growth, high-reward environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive, ideally selling to Mid-Market organisations.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and consistently building pipeline.
- Experience with channel partners and co-selling with technology and SI partners.
- Ability to run a consultative sales process, aligning solutions with customer challenges and demonstrating ROI.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills – you can confidently navigate six-figure SaaS deals ($100K–$200K ARR).
Bonus Skills
- Experience with data-related SaaS solutions or familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or the modern data stack.
- A passion for the data economy and helping businesses unlock value through analytics.
- A competitive, growth-driven mindset – you want to be a top performer in a high-velocity sales team.
