As Fivetran’s Senior PR Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a company at the forefront of data. In this role, you will collaborate across functions to orchestrate global PR campaigns that solidify our market leadership and underscore our commitment to industry-leading innovation. This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office or remote in Seattle or NYC.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Draft press materials, including press releases, pitches, blogs, speaking abstracts, award submissions and thought leadership bylines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all media inquiries, cultivating strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Oversee corporate speaking engagements, media training for executives and preparation for high-impact events.
  • Maintain an awards calendar, identifying strategic opportunities for brand recognition and thought leadership.
  • Monitor media coverage and PR metrics, utilizing insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global agencies and internal teams to coordinate campaigns and manage crises effectively.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • At least 7 years of communications experience in an enterprise software company required.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relationship management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop hooks/angles/campaigns that will be of interest to press.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and adept at handling multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with crisis communications and reputation management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.

$162,800$203,500 USD
