From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

Fivetran Partner Organization (FPO) has been instrumental in driving growth and success for Fivetran through an ever-growing worldwide network of partners. To continue driving our growth mandate, we are seeking a high-performing Partner Program Manager to lead Fivetran’s global partner programs, new initiatives, and partner operations. You will play a key role in influencing and executing our global operating model with focus on scale, partner experience, and operational excellence to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced growth. You will achieve this by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting the needs of internal and external stakeholders, continuously improving elements of partner journey, and raising the bar on partner experience. You will leverage your expertise in developing partner ecosystems and programs to strengthen our partner relationships, expand our reach, and increase revenue growth through our partners. This is a highly visible, cross-organizational role with significant impact on the success of Fivetran.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with global FPO leaders and team members to develop, implement, and measure our global partner program and associated initiatives.
  • Define the operational requirements and processes necessary to support the implementation, management, and evolution of our partner programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams such as product, marketing, and sales to ensure consistency, specify criteria, create strategies, and allocate resources to promote the successful adoption and implementation of partner programs.
  • Establish and lead the development of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and metrics to ensure a constant comprehension, assessment, and quantification of the success of partner programs.
  • Spearhead operational effectiveness in the documentation, design, launch, and facilitation of partner operational initiatives.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in establishing and managing Partner Programs, Operations, and New Initiatives at a Technology Company.
  • Understanding and experience of optimizing partner ecosystems and partner journeys.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, engage cross-functionally with a highly motivated team, and keep pace with the changing requirements of a rapidly growing market.
  • High degree of organization and ability to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Partner Enablement and Certification Programs
  • Experience with Referral, Resell, Distribution, and MSP models
  • Experience with Cloud Ecosystems and Marketplaces
  • Experience in implementing and measuring partner journey and partner satisfaction mechanisms
