Digital Marketing & Events Specialist (Riyadh, KSA)

FileCloud is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support and execute global digital demand generation programs designed to drive pipeline, generate qualified leads, and increase brand awareness, while also managing and coordinating events that support broader marketing and revenue goals. This role is primarily focused on building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and landing pages, using events as a strategic channel to accelerate demand and engagement. You will plan and execute digital programs that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), amplify content, and support regional sales teams. In addition, you will oversee the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, ensuring they are effectively promoted through digital channels and contribute measurable pipeline impact. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating across digital marketing, demand generation, and event marketing.

FileCloud is a hyper-secure EFSS (enterprise file sync and share) platform that provides industry leading compliance, data governance, data leak protection, data retention and digital rights management capabilities. FileCloud is a leader in content governance and collaboration for unstructured data, trusted and used worldwide across Global 1000 enterprises, educational institutions, government organizations, and service providers. In addition to its enterprise file sharing solution, FileCloud’s product portfolio also includes Signority (acquired in May 2024), a Canadian-based e-signature and document workflow platform. We are currently expanding our team as we grow and improve FileCloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize global digital demand generation campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline growth.
- Develop and manage campaigns across channels including:
- Paid social media (primarily LinkedIn)
- Email marketing
- Landing pages
- Organic social media
- Content promotion
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Manage marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot, including lead nurturing and segmentation.
- Track and report on MQL performance, campaign ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
Social Media & Content Amplification
- Own both organic and paid social media strategy, ensuring strong visibility for events, content, product announcements, and brand initiatives.
- Run and optimize LinkedIn paid media campaigns to drive demand generation and event registrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify newly created content across digital channels.
- Grow engagement and audience reach across key platforms.
Event Marketing
- Plan and execute select global events, including:
- Industry tradeshows
- Webinars and virtual events
- Partner events
- Hosted customer or prospect events
- Manage the full lifecycle of events, including planning, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Leverage digital channels to drive event registrations, attendance, and engagement.
- Measure and report on event ROI, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
Collaboration & Marketing Operations
- Work closely with the sales team and broader marketing organization to align campaigns with regional goals and target markets.
- Manage and track the marketing budget, including forecasting and spend allocation.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, campaign formats, and event strategies.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer reviews and brand credibility.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
- Strong background in digital campaign management and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising (LinkedIn required)
- Experience managing webinars, tradeshows, or other marketing events
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with global teams and multiple time zones
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Experience with Asana preferred
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
