Event & Digital Marketing Expert (Riyadh, KSA)

FileCloud is looking for a results-driven Event and Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will own and execute FileCloud’s event-centric demand generation programs. This role is heavily focused on planning, coordinating, promoting, and optimizing both in-person and virtual events globally, while also driving digital campaigns that amplify event ROI and generate qualified pipeline. You will manage the full lifecycle of events — from planning and logistics to promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up — and run digital marketing programs that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives at the intersection of events, digital campaigns, and revenue impact.
About the Product & Company:
FileCloud is a hyper-secure EFSS (enterprise file sync and share) platform that provides industry leading compliance, data governance, data leak protection, data retention and digital rights management capabilities. FileCloud is a leader in content governance and collaboration for unstructured data, trusted and used worldwide across Global 1000 enterprises, educational institutions, government organizations, and service providers. In addition to its enterprise file sharing solution, FileCloud’s product portfolio also includes Signority (acquired in May 2024), a Canadian-based e-signature and document workflow platform. We are currently expanding our team as we grow and improve FileCloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events globally, including tradeshows, webinars, partner events, and hosted programs
- Manage all event logistics, timelines, vendors, platforms, and budgets
- Drive event performance across the full lifecycle:
- Pre-event promotion (email, paid media, landing pages, social)
- Live event execution and coordination
- Post-event follow-up, reporting, and lead nurturing
- Optimize registrations, attendance, engagement, and lead quality
- Measure and report on event ROI, pipeline impact, and revenue influence
Digital Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital demand generation campaigns across the globe
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn (X/Twitter a plus)
- Manage email campaigns and landing pages to support events and content
- Track MQL performance and continuously optimize campaigns for quality and conversion
Social Media & Content Amplification
- Own organic and paid social media efforts to promote events, content, and brand initiatives
- Grow social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize visibility of newly generated content
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with sales and the broader marketing team to align on regional goals and target market
- Prepare and maintain the marketing budget, including tracking and forecasting
- Continuously test new ideas, channels, and event formats
- Drive ongoing customer review generation initiatives
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of B2B event and digital marketing experience
- Proven experience managing events, both virtual and in-person
- Strong background in digital demand generation and paid media
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Deep expertise running LinkedIn paid media campaigns
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Comfortable working with global teams and time zones
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Experience with Asana preferred
- BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline
