Job description

Role & impact 🎯

At Evaneos, we’re convinced that the best way to change travel for the better is through local expertise, thanks to a global network of agencies that know their destinations inside out. Building the best-performing version of that network takes more than great relationships: it takes reliable systems, clean data, and processes that scale.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational force behind our Revenue team. Your mission? Own the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our revenue systems and data, from the processes Account Managers follow day to day to the automations and dashboards that power their decisions. It’s a complete role spanning project management, data analysis, and enablement, all with one north star: generating revenue.

In practice, you operate on two fronts: structuring how Account Managers manage their agency portfolios and make better decisions; and driving, more indirectly, the performance of our partners through stronger processes, tooling, and action plans.

The B2B Marketing & Sales Operations team 👥

Reporting to Ugo, our Revenue Operations Lead, you join the B2B Marketing & Sales Ops team within the Supply & Customer Operations department, whose goal is to develop the best-performing agency network worldwide.

Led by Paola, our Head of B2B Marketing & Sales Operations, the team drives agency engagement, empowers internal teams, and enhances operational efficiency to optimize partnerships and commercial performance. To do so, it brings together two groups of experts:

  • On the Ops side: Ugo, RevOps Lead, and Cristina & Alec, Salesforce Administrators

  • On the Marketing side: Paula & Florencia, Partner Enablement Managers, and Alice & Shweta, B2B Marketing Managers

You collaborate day-to-day with the whole team as well as our Account Managers, data team, and other stakeholders across the department.

Your missions as Revenue Operations Manager 📝

⚙️ Automation & Tooling

  • You own our toolstack and its ecosystem: Claap, Salesforce, Make, N8N, Claude, Notion, and Google Sheets.

  • You proactively identify where manual processes slow the team down and turn them into scalable, automated workflows.

  • You set up and continuously optimize automation tools within Salesforce (Process Builder, Flows) to streamline how our department operates.

  • You build and maintain integrations between our tools, ensuring seamless data flows across the stack.

  • You leverage AI deliberately because it solves real problems, not for the sake of it.

🤝 Team & Partner Enablement

  • You own projects end to end: defining objectives, scoping work, aligning stakeholders, handling blockers, and delivering, whether it’s rolling out new workflows or driving structural changes across the department.

  • You define, document, and align processes across teams, making sure everyone operates from the same playbook.

  • You build and continuously improve onboarding programs: for Account Managers adopting new ways of working and tools, and for new agencies joining our network.

  • You create custom tracking and action plans for our agencies, tailored to their needs.

  • You design and improve Sales Challenges to boost agency engagement and performance.

  • You handle complex support tickets that require technical depth or cross-functional coordination.

📊 Data & Reporting

  • You work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and adapt Salesforce accordingly.

  • You build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that give our teams real-time, actionable insights.

  • You continuously sharpen your data skillset to solve most technical challenges independently.

Why join us? 🚀

  • 🏗️ A Salesforce instance ready to scale: Implemented two years ago, it’s a solid foundation with significant room to automate, optimize, and leave your mark.

  • 🧠 A team with real RevOps depth: Your future manager, Ugo, brings 10+ years of experience in the field and created a dedicated training program, so you’ll join an environment where knowledge flows both ways.

  • 🌍 A front-row seat on the marketplace model: You’ll develop deep expertise in marketplace dynamics and partner ecosystems, one of the most powerful business models to master right now.

What’s in it for you 🎁

  • La Voyagerie – Our bright and vibrant HQ in the 9th arrondissement is more than an office: it’s a hub for inspiration, creativity, and daily interactions with others

  • Weekly remote flexibility – Enjoy up to 2 teleworking days per week, balancing focus time at home and collaborative moments at the office.

  • Travelling teleworking– The flexibility to work from different countries or regions multiple times a year.

  • Travel budget – Experience Evaneos services firsthand with dedicated travel perks.

  • Well-being activities – Partially covered sports memberships through Gymlib, music, and board games groups.

  • Community & team events – Cultural lunches, after-works, annual seminars, weekly team meetings

and even more!

💰 Salary range is €55K-60K (including €3K variable pay). Transparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.

Preferred experience

What we’re looking for

You may be a great fit for this position if:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment

  • You have hands-on experience configuring or administering a CRM (Salesforce is a strong plus)

  • You’re comfortable with automation tools such as Make, N8N, or Zapier, and know how to build reliable, scalable workflows

  • You have experience building reports and dashboards, and can turn raw data into actionable insights

  • You’ve managed complex projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery

  • You’re fluent in English and French to collaborate with our international team day to day

Evaneos may be a great fit for you if:

  • You can drive alignment across teams without formal authority

  • You enjoy untangling complex problems and finding pragmatic solutions

  • You’re a good listener who takes time to understand people’s needs before jumping to solutions

  • You’re comfortable setting your own priorities in a fast-moving environment, without waiting to be told what to do next
