🌍 About the position

The agency is looking for a German-speaking Intern (Local Agent Internship) to support the DACH market. This is a fully remote internship, open to candidates worldwide.

You will contribute to the design, coordination, and follow-up of tailor-made trips for German-speaking travelers. From the first contact on the Evaneos platform to post-trip feedback, you will be involved in the full travel cycle, learning how personalized journeys are built step by step.

Reporting to Mona, Expedition Creator, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, and customer care within a dynamic and purpose-driven travel environment. This role is open to motivated candidates, including those interested in the travel business without an ongoing degree, who are eager to learn and grow professionally.


💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

  • Advise German-speaking travelers and design personalized itineraries aligned with their expectations, interests, and travel style.

  • Communicate with clients via the Evaneos platform in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Understand travelers’ specific needs and translate them into inspiring and feasible travel proposals.

  • Share relevant insights about destinations, culture, and practical aspects of traveling in the Nordic-Baltic region.

💼 Operations & practical management

  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers to ensure smooth organization of each trip.

  • Match traveler requests with reliable local partners aligned with quality standards.

  • Prepare and validate quotations in accordance with internal processes and supplier conditions.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as a point of contact during the trip, providing responsive and empathetic support.

  • Monitor trip quality and proactively address adjustments or unexpected situations.

  • Handle complaints or changes with professionalism and care.

  • Collect traveler feedback and contribute to continuous improvement and long-term loyalty.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable practices in trip design and partner selection.

  • Collaborate with eco-conscious suppliers who respect local communities and environments.

  • Encourage travelers to engage respectfully with local culture and reduce their environmental impact.


💰 Contract conditions

📅 Type of contract: Internship

📍 Location: Remote (open worldwide)

Working time: Flexible schedule

💲 Compensation: Internship contract salary (22 eur/day)

🌐 Languages required

  • German – B2 or C1 (essential for daily communication with travelers)

  • English – B2 (for internal communication)
