The position

Job description

Our partner agency is looking for a Sales Agent for the Italian-speaking market, based in Lithuania.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising travelers through the Evaneos platform, designing tailor-made itineraries, coordinating the practical aspects of each trip, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from the first contact until the end of the journey.

This position is well suited for someone with a strong sales and customer-oriented mindset, who enjoys building relationships with travelers and is curious to learn more about the Baltic region.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Advising travelers & creating tailor-made trips

  • Get in touch with Italian-speaking travelers through the Evaneos platform.

  • Understand travelers’ expectations, preferences, and constraints.

  • Advise clients on destinations, cultures, and travel styles in the Baltic region.

  • Design customized itineraries aligned with travelers’ needs and expectations.

💼 Managing the practical aspects of the trip

  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers.

  • Match travelers’ requests with relevant local partners.

  • Prepare and validate accurate quotations.

  • Manage billing for travelers according to internal processes.

🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip

  • Act as the main point of contact for travelers during their trip.

  • Handle operational issues, changes, cancellations, or complaints when needed.

  • Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Collect feedback and support traveler loyalty.

🌱 Promoting responsible & sustainable travel

  • Promote responsible and sustainable travel practices.

  • Work with eco-conscious local suppliers.

  • Educate travelers about their local impact and responsible behaviors.

💰 Contract conditions

  • Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Contract: Long-term / Permanent

  • Working time: Full-time

  • Work mode: On-site (recommended)
