Our partner agency is looking for a German-speaking Sales Agent to manage travel requests from the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

In this role, you will accompany travelers from their first inquiry through the creation of their personalized itinerary and the preparation of their trip in Peru. You will combine travel consulting, sales, and itinerary design to transform travelers’ ideas into inspiring and feasible journeys.

The agency operates from Cusco and Lima, and the position allows home office work from anywhere in Peru, while remaining closely connected to the local team.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

  • Advise travelers and design personalized itineraries that match their expectations and travel preferences.

  • Communicate with travelers through the Evaneos platform to understand their needs and travel plans.

  • Provide guidance about destinations, cultures, and travel experiences across Peru.

  • Design customized travel itineraries and accompany travelers throughout the planning process.

💼 Operations & practical management

  • Coordinate services with local partners such as hotels, guides, and transport providers.

  • Prepare and validate travel quotations in line with agency procedures.

  • Match traveler requests with appropriate local partners and services.

  • Manage billing and administrative elements related to traveler bookings.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Handle complaints, cancellations, or unexpected issues with professionalism.

  • Maintain strong traveler satisfaction and support client loyalty.

  • Collect feedback after the trip and contribute to service improvement.

🌱 Responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainability practices when designing travel experiences.

  • Select partners committed to responsible and environmentally conscious tourism.

  • Educate travelers about local impact and responsible travel behavior.

📊 Administrative & financial tasks

  • Track file profitability and contribute to sales reporting.

  • Support internal monitoring of performance and results.


💰 Contract conditions

📅 Type of contract: Long-term / permanent contract

📍 Location: Lima or Cusco, Peru (home office from Peru possible)

🤝 Availability: Within 3 months

Working time: Full-time

💻 Work mode: Remote / hybrido

💲 Compensation: Compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process

Profil recherché

✅ Core skills & experience

  • Intermediate experience (2–4 years) in tourism, sales, or customer service, with confidence handling several travel requests at the same time.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate itineraries, quotes, and follow-up throughout the booking journey.

  • A clear customer-satisfaction orientation, with the ability to understand traveler needs and provide thoughtful guidance.

  • Solid sales and negotiation skills to turn travel requests into confirmed bookings while protecting quality and feasibility.

  • Genuine destination knowledge (Peru) and interest in culture, helping you design relevant, inspiring proposals.

  • Autonomy and team spirit, feeling comfortable working remotely while respecting internal processes and collaborating when needed.

  • German – Native

  • English – B2

  • Spanish – B2

🚫 Non-negotiables

  • Native German speaker

  • If possible already based in Peru or already familiar with the destination
