The Platform team 👥

You’ll join a collaborative team at the core of our Tech & Innovation community (40+ people):

  • Guillaume, Head of Platform
  • 3 Platform Engineers / SREs
  • 1 DevEx Engineer
  • … and soon, you, as our Security Engineer.

The team thrives on autonomy, cross-team collaboration, and constant improvement of our platform and developer experience.

Role & impact 🎯

You will lead our cybersecurity and leave your mark on Evaneos tech by empowering developers, securing our platforms and strengthening our CI/CD pipelines.

Your work as a Security Engineer 🛡️

Here’s what your responsibilities will include, in this order:

Operational Security

  • SecOpsSecure our cloud infrastructure (GCP, GKE, CloudFlare, …) in close collaboration with the Platform team
  • Manage the relationship with our external SOC
  • Lead security-related incidents response

DevSecOps Enablement

  • Help developers build secure code
  • Improve security skills across teams
  • Strengthen software supply chain and CI/CD pipelines security

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

  • Work closely with Engineering Director on key GRC topics and overall risk management.

What we’re looking for ✨

You may be a great fit for this position if:

  • You have taken end-to-end ownership of cybersecurity in a company or team.
  • You have solid experience (at least 5 years) in DevSecOps and cybersecurity, securing real infra, pipelines, and products, securing real infra, pipelines, and products - not just compliance decks.
  • You have strong generalist CyberSec knowledge, particularly in fast-paced, cloud-native environments.
  • You’re a natural enabler – you help devs grow, explain security without jargon, and can talk risk with top management.
  • You’re fluent in French and English.

💰 Salary range: €65K – €70K
