Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre complet, au cœur des opérations financières, en lien direct avec les équipes internes et nos partenaires.

Rémunération : 28 000

Vos missions au quotidien :

Cycle fournisseurs

• Gestion des factures (collecte, intégration, suivi)

• Création et mise à jour des fiches fournisseurs

• Suivi des échéances et préparation des paiements

• Traitement des notes de frais, approbation et mise en paiement

• Cycle clients (en lien avec les équipes commerciales & Customer Success)

  • Préparation des devis et bons de commande

  • Facturation clients

  • Suivi des encaissements et relances des clients

  • Suivi de la trésorerie (prévisionnels court terme)

Support administratif

• Accompagnement des équipes sur les sujets financiers

• Gestion documentaire et suivi des obligations administratives

Missions annexes :

• Préparation aux déclarations fiscales (TVA, DES, etc.)

• Contribution aux clôtures comptables et reportings investisseurs

Le profil que nous recherchons :

• Bac +2/3 en finance / comptabilité / gestion

• À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et informatiques (Excel, outils de reporting…)

• Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail, bon esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel

• Compréhension de l'anglais (écrit et oral) dans un environnement international

• Bonus si vous maitrisez Pennylane et Hubspot

SIS ID, a subsidiary of the Australian group Eftsure, is looking to strengthen its Finance team to support its continued growth and global expansion. In this role, you will work across the full finance scope, at the heart of financial operations, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
Salary: €28,000

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Manage supplier invoices (collection, processing, and follow-up)

• Create and maintain supplier records

• Monitor payment due dates and prepare payment runs

• Process employee expense reports, approve and arrange payments

Accounts Receivable (AR) – In Collaboration with Sales & Customer Success Teams :

• Prepare quotations and purchase orders

• Issue customer invoices

• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables

• Support cash flow tracking and short-term forecasting

Administrative Support :

• Assist internal teams with finance-related matters

• Manage documentation and monitor administrative compliance requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Support tax declarations (VAT, EC Sales Lists, etc.)

• Contribute to financial closings and investor reporting

Profile We Are Looking For :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's level or equivalent)

• Comfortable with office and business software tools (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset

• Ability to understand and communicate in English within an international environment (written and spoken)

• Bonus: Experience with Pennylane and HubSpot
