About the Opportunity
Eftsure is growing quickly, and we want to win more of the accounts that matter most.
We are looking for our first dedicated Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to build and lead our account-based marketing function from the ground up.
You will own Eftsure’s ABM strategy end to end, including identifying the accounts we pursue, engaging the finance buying groups within them, and aligning sales and marketing around a shared target account list.
You will initially focus on approximately 50 to 100 high-value accounts across Australia and New Zealand, helping Eftsure establish, test and scale its ABM model.
This is a senior, hands-on position. You will set the strategy, build the campaigns and measure the results. Success will be defined by pipeline and closed revenue from target accounts, rather than lead volume.
What You’ll Do
Own Eftsure’s ABM strategy and target account list.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define the ideal customer profile, score and tier accounts, and establish why each account should be prioritised.
Develop and execute 1:1, 1 and 1 ABM programs, matching the level of personalisation and investment to the value of each account tier.
Build and launch account-based campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, email, events, direct mail and personalised landing pages.
Map finance buying groups within target accounts, including CFOs, Financial Controllers, Accounts Payable leaders and Procurement teams.
Tailor messaging and campaign activity to the priorities and pain points of each stakeholder.
Work closely with BDMs and SDRs to create joint account plans and align marketing activity with sales outreach.
Act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing across named accounts.
Use intent and engagement signals to identify accounts gaining momentum and prioritise outreach accordingly.
Build and own Eftsure’s ABM reporting, measurement and attribution framework.
Partner with Content, Design and the broader Demand Generation team to develop relevant account-level assets.
Track and report on account engagement, pipeline created and influenced, deal velocity, win rate and closed revenue.
Report performance through HubSpot and Dreamdata attribution.
What You’ll Bring
At least five years of experience in B2B marketing.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in account-based marketing or named-account demand generation.
Evidence of ABM programs that have contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
Strong commercial judgement and a clear understanding of how marketing supports complex B2B sales.
Experience working closely with BDMs, SDRs and senior sales stakeholders.
Confidence contributing to account planning sessions and challenging assumptions where required.
Strong knowledge of attribution, pipeline reporting, account scoring and campaign measurement.
The ability to translate data and account signals into clear, practical next steps.
Clear, direct communication and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build as well as lead.
Nice to Have
Marketing experience within fintech, payments, cybersecurity, risk or fraud prevention.
Experience delivering ABM programs across multiple markets, such as ANZ and the United States.
Experience working across both enterprise and mid-market account segments.
Hands-on experience with ABM or intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase or Terminus.
Experience establishing an ABM function from scratch.
