The Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you will lead the work of a product development team in close collaboration with a Design Lead and Engineering Manager and be ready to be responsible for a dedicated product or customer journey. This includes collaborating on a product vision and strategy for your defined area of expertise.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
As Product Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team within Product, Design, and Engineering to understand and solve our market's most urgent problems.
- Collaborate on the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market alignment for a key Dash Social product pillar, oriented toward measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Collaborate and execute a strategic roadmap for your pillar, balancing customer value, business impact, and engineering realities.
- Communicate user stories, product requirements, and the business importance of a feature with all stakeholders involved in the product process.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from problem definition to launch ensuring clear requirements, prioritized scope, and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering on problem definition, user testing and solution design.
- Gather and organize feedback, and usage data from end users to help guide product roadmap decisions.
- Define and monitor success metrics pre and post-product launch.
- Leverage AI and data thoughtfully to identify high-impact problems, explore solution opportunities, and ship capabilities that help customers outsmart social while defining success metrics and monitoring customer usage and KPIs pre and post launch.

- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, with a high expectation of quality.
- Great communication skills; able to serve as the key cross-functional leader for your pillar and product team and articulate solutions and the business value behind ideas.
- Experience working collaboratively across Product, Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).
- Able to work independently, conducting strong qualitative and quantitative research to distill meaningful outcomes from many information sources.
- Strong record of utilizing data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong critical thinker with the ability to iterate, and remove ideas and features that prove to be insufficient.
- Confident decision-maker, even with limited information; exemplifies expertise in customer, domain, and market.
- Successfully manages and executes multiple projects at one time.
- AI product experience: deeply AI-curious, with experience building and shipping AI-powered product capabilities that deliver measurable customer value, and leveraging AI to strengthen discovery and delivery, accelerate iteration, and improve decision-making.
