Dash Social is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive end-to-end paid media campaigns. This role requires a candidate with experience in full campaign ownership, from creative briefing and ad copy development to campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a seasoned expert in paid media channels (particularly in B2B software). They will play a key role in optimizing marketing ROI and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the overall growth strategy.
The Performance Marketing Manager will also collaborate with external agencies, and support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and manage the administrative side of campaign management (budget actualization, invoicing, etc.). Experience in B2B SaaS is required.
