Location: India, Hybrid
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Sr. Manager, Product Design will be pivotal to our company’s success. We are looking for an experienced design leader to build and mentor a high-performing product design team in India. This role requires balancing strategic thinking and hands-on design leadership, partnering with product management and engineering teams across timezones to deliver exceptional experiences to revenue teams.

Responsibilities:
- On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to -
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of product designers across experience levels, establishing design processes, critiques, career development frameworks for designers to thrive
- Transform complex revenue workflows into elegant design solutions, and ensure designs connect to business goals
- Champion user-centered design practices and elevate design maturity across the organization
- Create an environment for team success by removing blockers, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative culture of learning and continuous improvements
- Direct design efforts toward measurable outcomes, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact work that drives user and business value
Skill Set:
- THE SKILL SET:
- 12+ years of product design experience
- 3+ years experience as a people management
- A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS product design work
- Ability to set clear goals, drive accountability and cultivate a strong sense of ownership
- Strategic thinking and ability to balance immediate needs and long-term vision
- Strong coaching and talent development skills, focused on elevating the design craft across the team.
