Location: India, Hybrid
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.

Responsibilities:
- On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to -
- Design and ship AI microservices using agentic capabilities, RAG, prompt pipelines for insight extractions [summarization, Q&A, topic detection], complex AI workflows and autonomous action execution..
- Build data pipelines to power Applied AI features at scale.
- Own AI evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails (PII filtering, toxicity checks)
- Ship fast: run A/B tests, deploy behind feature flags, iterate weekly based on usage data
- Write production Python code, deploy on k8s, and own LLD for their modules
- Help teams across Clari integrate GenAI capabilities effectively.

Skill Set:
- 3+ years engineering experience with 2+ year building LLM/GenAI features (OpenAI, Bedrock, Claude, Llama2)
- Strong Python skills (typing, async, pytest)
- Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Hands-on with vector databases: Elasticsearch, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar
- Backend fundamentals: REST APIs, microservices, distributed queues (Kafka/SQS)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and token optimization
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to Ray, Triton, or inference optimization stacks
- Experience with evaluation frameworks and cost optimization
- Familiarity with AWS and infrastructure-as-code
- Background in fast-paced product teams with continuous delivery
