This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Recruiters don’t just fill seats; they build the engine that drives our company’s success. As a key member of our high-performing People team, you will be the face of our brand to the tech world. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers—anticipating needs, navigating conflicting priorities, and acting as a data-driven resource to help us scale with precision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:If you are a ‘hunter’ who loves the science of recruiting as much as the art of a great candidate conversation, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact. You’ll play a critical role in connecting top talent to our mission while strengthening your expertise in full-cycle recruiting. Your day-to-day impact will include:
Evangelize the mission: Educate the market on how we are bringing "science to the art of sales" and why Clari + Salesloft is the premier destination for top tech talent
Strategic sourcing: Move beyond the low-hanging fruit. Use Boolean logic and creative sourcing to identify and engage passive "A-players" in the SaaS space
Partner with leadership: Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, helping them refine job profiles and interview loops to ensure we hire for technical excellence and cultural add
Own the pipeline: Manage the full-cycle experience, ensuring a high-quality, diverse candidate flow that consistently hits hiring targets
Data-driven iteration: Forecast hiring activity and use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements

THE SKILL SET:
- 2–4 years of experience: You’ve managed full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced technology company (SaaS or high-growth startup experience is a must)
- Tech-fluent: You speak the language of engineering and product; you can screen for technical, functional, and cultural qualities with confidence
- Sourcing expert: You leverage AI and Boolean searching and have a proven track record of finding needles in haystacks.
- Candidate experience obsessed: You provide a best-in-class experience, turning even passive prospects into brand advocates
- Independent yet collaborative: You have the "hunter" mentality to work independently but thrive in a team driven environment
