About the Role
We’re seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager to join our product operations team. In this role, you’ll partner with our global R&D organization as part of the Product Operations group to help facilitate product planning, tools, processes, & meeting cadences. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization at Clari, responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams.
This role is multifaceted. It is expected to help support the product process for planning and execution, help own and drive our tool stack, partner on our roll-out process, and facilitate interlocks with cross-functional stakeholders. This role will support our site in Krakow, Poland and one core Clari product function.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement key communication templates for the product team (strategy, roadmaps, all-hands, business cases, business reviews)
- Implement, promote, train, and manage product management tools (feature requests, roadmap tooling, analytics, documentation)
- Coordinate site activities for annual and quarterly planning processes with other Site R&D Ops leaders (prepare initiatives for quarterly planning, refine product discovery processes, serve as the point of contact for process-related questions)
- Create and leverage key communication artifacts for internal and external audiences (decks, documentation, wikis, release notes)
- Manage internal stakeholders throughout feature rollouts (tracking, launch cohorts, internal communication, Customer Success enablement)
- Drive or contribute to complex cross-geographical Product Operations programs (e.g., Voice of Customer, analytics/feedback support, launch processes)
- Collect, operationalize, and present product feedback (Voice of the Customer, newsletters, roadmapping)
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role, or in Product Management or Program Management within R&D
- A deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, and experience working with a SaaS solutions provider
- Proven experience scaling product management teams through process and tooling implementation
- Experience coordinating teams and processes in a multi-geographical environment
- Ability to influence effectively without direct authority
- Data fluency, with the ability to assist product managers in gathering and presenting relevant data, including customer usage, product telemetry, business data, and market data
