About the Team
The People Team is dedicated to supporting Clari's top priority - our people! We handle a wide range of functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, HR compliance and more. About the Role
As an Senior Employee Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for a mix of day-to-day tactical and strategic initiatives, including employee life cycle, benefits, and compliance for our Poland site. You’ll also have the opportunity to make an impact on our culture! This role is pivotal to the operation of the company and will require daily interaction with the People, Payroll, and Finance teams as well as other cross functional groups. While there will be a focus on HR operations and an exceptional employee experience, we're looking for an out of the box thinker who has a high level of communication building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and an ability to autonomously drive projects from start to finish. This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all employee benefits programs such as Medical, Multisport, PPK etc.
  • Prepare and coordinate the flow of personnel documents and information (employment contracts, B2B contracts, contracts of mandate, annexes, employment certificates, work certificates, payroll data)
  • Verify the legality of employment, assist with immigration related matters, and determine employee entitlements
  • Administer absences (including sick leaves, unpaid leaves, maternity, parental, and childcare leaves)
  • Coordinate and conduct formalities related to the termination of employment
  • Own all employee communication regarding benefits, compensation, changes, etc.
  • Create, update and administer site-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company goals and country legal requirements
  • Act as subject matter expert and thought leader in relation to all people-related programs under your purview, including recommending program and policy updates with a people-centric approach based on market dynamics and business insights
  • Assist with Clari culture initiatives and activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in People/HR Operations role
  • Professional experience in high-growth, fast-paced, B2B SaaS global organization preferred
  • Strong understanding of Poland regulations
  • Great communication skills that can build strong working relationships with external advisors and internal teams
  • Proven ability to adapt and quickly change direction when necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to be effective under pressure
  • Proactive about finding and presenting solutions even when it involves creative problem-solving
  • Operations-minded - you love building systems to help things run as efficiently as possible
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy along with strong organizational skills
