About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM) to join our India teams focused on a few products in our Clari Platform such as Co-Pilot, Capture, Data Ingestion & Activity Foundations. In this role, you’ll partner with the India site lead and Head of Product for the site to drive planning, execution, and strategic programs. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering Operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering programs, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the Site Lead for our teams in Poland and India for all critical decisions and key product and engineering initiatives within the Clari
- Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across teams in Poland, India, and teams dependent on those sites in North America
- Expert in Agile Methodologies at both the team level and teams of teams level (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Can coach individuals and teams across all types of Agile principles and practices
- Understand the portfolio of work for Poland and India teams, including impediments, major risks, and dependencies to drive planning and execution quarter over quarter
- Understands the complexity of a modern SaaS Platform product and the patterns involved in building a platform. (ex. Shared Services Teams)
- Understands what metrics to track from a planning and execution perspective alongside engineering productivity and effectiveness
- Can roll up sleeves and dig in with teams and individuals to help coach on our processes and behaviors. Has the ability to coach processes and practices in Engineering and Product Management
- Acts as a catalyst within the R&D Operations Organization driving us to continuously improve and scale how we operate
- Will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and geographies
- Can drive cross-functional portfolio level roadmap initiatives as an IC when called upon and can mentor/teach staff on program management best practices in this area.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in the same or similar role working within an R&D Operations Organization supporting a high-growth SaaS product
- Expert at team-level Agile and has worked within scaled frameworks. Knows how to take teams from disparate practices to Scrum to a Scaled Model (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presence
- Force for change who is open to new insights, accepts challenges, and leads with positive energy
- Trusted professional with the ability to lead strong personalities and drive open items to effective resolution
- Expert in driving cross-functional continuous improvement/roadmap programs from idea to completion.
- Expert in Jira with an understanding of engineering management platforms (ex. Jellyfish)
- Technical aptitude - You’ll need to understand the high-level architecture of what is getting built to be able to be successful in driving execution
