We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and people-focused Revenue Enablement Trainer to deliver high-impact learning experiences across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role is responsible for facilitating onboarding, product training, skills workshops, and ongoing learning programs that improve seller performance, reinforce GTM alignment, and enhance overall readiness.
The ideal candidate excels in communication and facilitation, understands adult learning principles, and can translate complex product, process, and sales concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences. This is a delivery-focused role—centered on teaching, coaching, and guiding revenue teams toward proficiency and confidence.

What You’ll Do
As a Revenue Enablement Trainer, you will:
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training across onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, tools, and demos
- Facilitate workshops, roleplays, and scenario-based coaching to reinforce sales process, messaging, and real-world application
- Help build and maintain training materials, LMS content, and structured learning paths
- Train reps on AI-powered tools and the sales tech stack, providing coaching informed by performance insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure training aligns with current playbooks and product updates
- Track participation, collect feedback, and surface skill gaps to guide ongoing enablement strategy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, L&D, or customer-facing roles (Sales, CS, Solutions).
- Demonstrated experience delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating group learning.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales tools, and learning platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS or GovTech.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for coaching or analysis (ChatGPT, Copilot, conversational intelligence, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated Salary Grade Range: $80,200- $117,100
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
