Your Impact

The IT Operations Manager will collaborate closely with management in all departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions that align with the organization's business priorities. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs and proactive communication to ensure technology initiatives are well-aligned with organizational goals. The IT Operations Manager will also be responsible for building strong partnerships with the internal workforce to support and enhance overall business operations. This role includes overseeing IT infrastructure, application & system administration, security, general IT operations, and help desk support functions, while fostering collaboration across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager, IT Operations, you will:

  • Lead & Develop IT Teams: Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for IT Operations staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Strategic IT Initiatives: Execute a business-aligned IT roadmap, lead system integrations, and ensure technology supports organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee Systems & Infrastructure: Manage IT systems, software, infrastructure, and ticketing operations with a focus on SLA adherence, proactive support, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate & Deliver Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions, lead IT projects, and ensure transparent communication and off-hours support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT management role.
  • Proven experience in partnering with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, fostering collaboration and proactive problem-solving across teams.
  • Knowledge of budget expenses and contract management.
  • Strong focus on delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Expertise in project management.
  • Ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, and alternative solutions to non-technical audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $104,400 – $156,600
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
