Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing, is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of product marketing managers. They own portfolio messaging and collateral and drive cohesion and consistency across product, persona, solution, portfolio, and company positioning.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing you will:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6+ product marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and alignment to business goals.
- Support PMMs in developing and evolving their product messaging and core collateral.
- Work closely with PMMs on their GTM launches and ensure timely execution of messaging documents, tier package assets, and customer-facing launch.
- Support the PMMs in project management skills, developing independent ownership of deadlines and prioritization.
- Develop the team’s ability to create solution-based messaging that resonates with target audiences for products, launches, and cross-sell campaigns.
- Develop, measure, and continually improve KPIs around product adoption, sales impact, and customer feedback. Create a reporting framework for leading and funnel KPI data. Train the PMMs to pull, analyze, and report their data.
- Help the team build key relationships and manage internal stakeholder expectations across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. Build their ability to effectively communicate regarding launches, core collateral, market intelligence, and other key updates.
- Partner with PMMs to clear blockers, solve problems, and create a path to success. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to develop their skills and career growth.
- Lead cross-product launches, driving alignment across multiple PMMs and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Develop value-based portfolio, persona, and solution messaging that resonates with customers and nests with company and product positioning. Own portfolio, solution, and persona collateral.
- Test, validate, and improve messaging through customer interviews and focus groups, A/B testing, and collaborative feedback sessions with product strategy.
- Deeply understand our customers and lead the company in translating the voice of the customer into core product messaging. Partner with product strategy, demand gen, market research, and customer marketing to drive innovative new ways to connect with customers and better understand their top challenges and needs.
- Conduct research and partner closely with the Market Research Department to develop expertise in market trends and industry shifts. Regularly present your findings to the wider marketing team and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or communications
- 5+ years marketing experience, with 3-4 in product marketing specifically
- Experience with inbound and outbound marketing and advertising
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated Salary Grade Range: $119,100 - $181,100
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
