Position Description

The Contract Renewal & Billing Operations Specialist would specialize in client agreements, renewal processes and billing questions related to existing customers’ software agreements. This role would require excellent time management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be process driven with a positive customer service mindset. As a Contract Renewal & Billing Operations Specialist it will be expected to learn existing processes related to contract adjustments while incorporating areas of operational opportunities of scale and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience, number of years of proficiency
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or related customer experience (examples SDR, BDR, sales ops, deal desk, customer service, CSM)
• Demonstrated progressive operations experience supporting Sales / Customer Success / Account Management teams, preferably within a SaaS organization
• Salesforce and Netsuite experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
• General skills, basic skills needed for the position.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
  • Great change leader, customer obsessed, metrics focused with goal-oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Strong management skills with attention to detail

As a Contract Renewal & Billing Operations Specialist you will:

• Manage existing framework and processes related to customer request of contract adjustments or changes
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales/CS, and Finance to champion impactful process improvement and automation as it relates to contact renewal or contract adjustments to include exchanges, item cancellations, contract consolidation, credits, etc.
• Accurately and timely respond to customer inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation and alignment with partners within supporting departments
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other teams to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and terms of renewal
• Identify and mitigate risks related to contract terms and execution
• Support the customer teams with day to day requests such as process guidance, data quality and complex deal management
• Proactively drive a high degree of CRM data quality by leveraging creative system solutions and supporting end-user training

Compensation and Benefits:

• Estimated Salary Grade Range: $47,400 - $65,400
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
