Description
- Degree in marketing or communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related role
- Working knowledge in work/project management, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods
- Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities.
- Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This requirement involves reading the screen and keying/typing information.
As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will:
Leverage your expertise in work/project management, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot) to support campaign operations.
This role also oversees campaign setup and execution across the Martech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Additionally, you will track, progress, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. This role collaborates across multiple marketing functions to align campaigns with business objectives and drive results through effective communication and teamwork. You will support targeted account-based marketing campaigns designed to engage key accounts for sales and marketing initiatives. This role will also set up, monitor, and provide performance reports for various marketing channels and campaigns, evaluate campaign progress and impact, deliver results and actionable feedback to stakeholders., and analyze campaign data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes. Additionally, this role will partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to maintain accurate process documentation, ensure data quality in the marketing database, and manage list hygiene.
- Estimated Salary Range: $54,000 - $75,700 annually
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
