About This Job

The Marketing team is a core driver of franchise growth, translating brand strategy into consistent, high-impact execution at the local market level. As Casago continues to scale, disciplined and effective local marketing has become critical to enabling Franchise Partners to compete in their markets while benefiting from the strength of a national brand.

The Senior Manager, Local Marketing reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for owning the execution and continuous improvement of local marketing programs across the franchise network. This role serves as the connective tissue between national marketing strategy and local market activation—ensuring initiatives are scalable, measurable, and aligned with brand standards.

Acting as a strategic partner to Franchise Partners and internal teams, this leader transforms strategy into action by developing frameworks, playbooks, and tools that enable consistent local execution. Success in this role means Franchise Partners feel supported, equipped, and confident in deploying marketing that drives demand and delivers measurable results.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead the execution and optimization of localized marketing strategies that drive demand, brand awareness, and conversion in franchise markets, in alignment with direction set by the Director of Marketing.
  • Partner with Franchise Partners to understand local market dynamics and translate needs into effective, compliant marketing programs.
  • Adapt national campaigns for local execution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Own and evolve local marketing playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices used by Franchise Partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on local campaign performance and ROI, partnering with Analytics to convert insights into improvements.
  • Support marketing onboarding and readiness for new franchise launches, ensuring strong local go-to-market execution.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies across Brand, Analytics, Finance, and Franchise Partner Success teams.
  • May lead, mentor, or coordinate team members and external vendors supporting local marketing initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase scalability, effectiveness, and franchise satisfaction.
  • Owns execution frameworks and enablement; does not directly manage paid media budgets.

Skills + Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably within franchise, hospitality, multi-location, or consumer services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing channels, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to execute strategy with precision while operating within a broader marketing vision.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and Franchise Partners without direct authority.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Franchise or partner-based business experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $105000 - $140000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Workplace Environment + Expectations

  • This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY.
  • Typically a Monday - Friday workweek with expectations to be flexible to support the needs of the business.
  • Occasional travel less than 10% of the time

Physical Demands
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
