About This Job

The Shopify Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of the Casago Supply Source Shopify store. This role focuses on day-to-day platform upkeep, product and catalog management, theme updates, backend configuration, and integration readiness to ensure the website remains accurate, functional, and scalable. This position reports directly to the Casago Supply Source Leadership Team and works closely with internal stakeholders to support site updates, improvements, and long-term platform initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify admin backend, ensuring overall site health, accuracy, and performance
  • Add, edit, and remove products, variants, pricing, and product details as needed
  • Develop, manage, and maintain Shopify metafields to support product data, catalogs, and custom functionality
  • Assist with Shopify theme updates, customizations, and general front-end upkeep
  • Ensure product organization, collections, and site navigation remain clean and intuitive
  • Support ongoing website enhancements and optimizations
  • Monitor for errors, inconsistencies, or issues within the Shopify store and proactively resolve them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new initiatives, product launches, and updates
  • Work carefully within a live production environment, following established processes to avoid disruptions
  • Support documentation of workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures as needed

Skills + Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / Spanish required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working within Shopify as an administrator
  • Strong experience managing products, variants, collections, and pricing
  • Experience creating, managing, and maintaining Shopify metafields
  • Familiarity with Shopify themes and basic theme customization
  • Experience adding, editing, and removing products throughout their lifecycle
  • Familiarity with CSV imports and exports for product and data management
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS within Shopify themes
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple updates while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in B2B, catalog pricing, or multi-market Shopify environments
  • Experience supporting or preparing for NetSuite integration with Shopify
  • Familiarity with franchise or multi-location business models
  • A strong eye for design details

Workplace Environment + Expectations

  • Fully remote work environment with reliable internet connection.
  • Typically a Monday - Friday workweek with expectations to be flexible to support the needs of the business.

Physical Demands
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
