Role Overview
The Implementation Consultant (SME) plays a critical role in delivering successful Blue Ridge implementations by bridging supply chain domain expertise, product knowledge, and customer business processes.
This role partners closely with Project Managers, Integration Engineers, Product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure that implementations are delivered efficiently and aligned with the customer's business objectives.
The Implementation Consultant leads Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops, validates customer data readiness, and ensures that Blue Ridge solutions are configured to support real-world planning and replenishment scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops to understand customer planning processes and map them to Blue Ridge capabilities.
· Translate business requirements into system configuration and solution design within the Blue Ridge platform.
· Support end‑to‑end implementation of the Blue Ridge Xpression (XPR) platform including forecasting, replenishment, and planning analytics.
· Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver implementations on schedule and within scope.
· Drive customer adoption through structured solution walkthroughs and training sessions.
· Lead the data validation process ensuring customer datasets meet platform requirements prior to system configuration.
· Collaborate with integration teams to support data ingestion through flat file, API, or connector‑based integrations.
· Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
· Partner with Product and Engineering teams to clarify functionality and escalate technical questions when needed.
· Contribute to improving internal delivery methodologies including BPA frameworks and data validation governance.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
· 3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply chain software implementation.
· Experience with forecasting, replenishment, S&OP, or supply planning processes.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to work directly with customer stakeholders and facilitate structured workshops.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply chain software implementation.
· Experience implementing supply chain planning platforms such as Blue Ridge, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis.
· Experience with data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
· Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
· Experience working with data validation, data mapping, and integration processes.
· Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and system integration concepts.
· Experience in consulting or SaaS implementation environments.
