Sales Development Representative

Are you a high-energy, results-driven aspiring sales professional?
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and fuel revenue growth.

What You Are Accountable For:

Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies

Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria

Set appointments and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives

Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality

Maintain accurate and organized data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and lead conversion

Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience (sales experience a plus)
- Strong desire to learn outbound prospecting, lead generation, and the sales process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
We offer a competitive total compensation package for this role, with an expected compensation range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Total compensation is tailored to each individual and reflects a mix of experience, performance, and impact. In addition to a strong base, this role is eligible for commission-based earnings (uncapped based on performance) and includes a robust benefits package—because we believe great people deserve to be rewarded for great work.
